Quality Policy of the company “VBRS d.o.o.” Belgrade is an integral part of the overall business policy, with the primary goal that medical devices meet user requirements in terms of quality, efficiency, and safety, and that they comply with applicable regulatory requirements and international standards.
The principles of the Quality Policy of VBRS d.o.o. are:

Fulfillment of requirements for product and service quality and safety in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, standards SRPS EN ISO 13485:2017, SRPS EN ISO 14971:2020, and technical regulations.

Fulfillment of customer and user requirements regarding product quality, safety, and price, while simultaneously reducing costs and increasing efficiency, productivity, profit, and the standard of living of all employees.

Definition and planning of quality activities and objectives in all business processes.

Achievement of conditions for active cooperation among all employees, fostering trust and a sense of belonging to the company, as well as active participation—aligned with quality objectives—in the creation and improvement of business processes.

Establishment and improvement of partnership relationships with suppliers.

Protection of the environment, human health and safety, property, and natural resources.

Continuous education and training as the foundation for fulfilling the principles of the Quality Policy and quality objectives.
